Offer Grand Vin 2016

The 2016 vintage, less tannic than 2015, has nevertheless come a long way. After a difficult year, it was the Indian summer during the harvest that allowed the grapes to reach perfect ripeness, resulting in a very fine vintage.

Tasting notes:

The dress is an intense and deep garnet red. On the nose, one perceives notes of ripe fruit.

On the palate, a very beautiful structure with balanced and well-integrated tannins, while maintaining an intense structure due to the percentage of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon which gives breadth and volume.

Grape harvest:
From September 26th to October 8th.

Assembly :
45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Bottling:
September 2016.
