Dry white wine Cuvée "The Essays"

The 2022 vintage for white wines shows great potential. Despite difficult weather conditions throughout the year and particularly aggressive outbreaks of mildew, the sunny, hot summer allowed for a smooth harvest, a few days ahead of schedule and in exceptional condition. Tasting this vintage reveals intense aromas supported by good balance and lovely freshness.

This dry white wine reveals all the complexity and depth of a precisely crafted wine, combining freshness and finesse.

Tasting notes:
The colour is pale and bright. The nose opens with fresh citrus notes, mingled with white flowers, offering a beautiful aromatic expression.
On the palate, the attack is lively, then a beautiful roundness sets in, brought about by a light bâtonnage, which gives the wine volume without weighing down the structure.
The overall impression is fresh and balanced, with an elegant and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish or fresh cheeses.

90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris.
