The 2004 trials

Well-present tannic structure, roundness, fruit aromas superimposed on this rich and complex whole.
The return to classicism.
Its aromatic palette calls for a dish based on mushrooms.
Tasting note:
The dress is a pretty red with orange notes.
Nose: It combines notes of evolution (undergrowth) and vanilla. The red fruits are still present.
Palate: The attack is supple, followed by a rich and velvety mid-palate. Melting finish. Good fruity and vanilla persistence. A delicious wine, which has reached its peak.
