Cuvée "The Essays" 2003

The exceptionally hot summer of 2003 brought a memorable heatwave that promoted optimal ripening of the grapes. This heat produced powerful, concentrated and highly aromatic wines that reflect all the generosity of the vintage.

The wine is distinguished by its full body, roundness and richness on the palate, offering harmonious balance and remarkable intensity.

Tasting notes:

The colour is a beautiful dark red, showing that the wine has aged well and remains very present.

There is a subtle nose of kirsch cherry.

A beautiful balance on the palate with a touch of minerality due in part to this sunny vintage. Very good to drink now.

From 20 September to 15 October.

Blend:

45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
