2007: Cool, rainy weather from April to August. Behind this weather, precise actions. A lot of work in the vineyard to help the grapes ripen and get as much sun as possible. The result? Fresh fruit aromas.
Tasting notes:
The colour is a beautiful dark red with slightly brick-red notes.
The nose has notes of spices and cloves.
Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with a finish of complex and elegant aromas.
Harvest:
From 18 September to 5 October.
Blend:
45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
