2006 A contrasting climate, marked by a generally warm and dry spring, alternating between high temperatures in July and September and cool weather in August. Very colorful, intense and complex fresh fruit. The best Merlots are particularly aromatic with a beautiful tannic structure without astringency.
Freshness for a beef bourguignon or a veal blanquette.
Nose: fine and complex. Small red fruits and pepper with initial notes of evolution (undergrowth, meaty touch).
Palate: A supple attack with a fruity, very fresh and delicious development. The tannins are fine and tangy. Its freshness perfectly complements a dish with sauce.
