At Château Michel de Montaigne we have achieved the balance between the triumvirate of aroma concentration, structure (tannin and alcohol) and acidity, thanks in part to balanced weather conditions throughout the growing season.
Tasting note:
The color is dark and dense. The nose is complex with harmonious notes of black fruits, cherries and blackcurrant.
From the outset, we feel a full mouthfeel with dense, silky, and smooth tannins. The intensity of the fruit provides a beautiful finish for this Grand Vin from Château Michel de Montaigne.
