Great wine 2016
The 2016 vintage, less tannic than 2015, has nevertheless come a long way. After a complicated year, it was the Indian summer during the harvest that allowed the grapes to reach perfect ripeness, resulting in a very fine vintage.
Tasting note:
The color is an intense and deep garnet red. The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit.
On the palate, a very beautiful structure with balanced and well-melted tannins, while maintaining an intense structure due to the percentage of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon which gives breadth and volume.
