The 2022 white vintage is shaping up to be very promising. Despite challenging weather and a particularly aggressive mildew, the hot, sunny summer allowed for a calm harvest, slightly ahead of schedule and with remarkably healthy grapes. On tasting, the wine reveals intense aromas, supported by a beautiful balance and elegant freshness.

This dry white wine reveals all the complexity and depth of a wine crafted with precision, combining freshness and finesse.

Tasting notes:
The wine is pale and brilliant. The nose reveals notes of citrus and white flowers, offering a precise aromatic expression. On the palate, the lively attack evolves into a roundness brought about by gentle lees stirring, adding volume without heaviness. The overall impression remains fresh and harmonious, with an elegant and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood, grilled fish or fresh cheeses.

90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris.
